Joker’s involvement itself is not a surprise, as Epic has already featured the Persona 5 protagonist in official Fortnite: Override promotional material.
According to HYPEX, both Joker and Ann will receive Outfits with additional styles and associated emotes. Datamined material had already provided a more detailed look at the Joker and Ann Takamaki cosmetic set, including evidence of alternate styles and mask-related options. The latest roundup reinforces that the crossover is considerably larger than a single Joker skin, but individual cosmetic names, bundle prices and Item Shop configurations have not yet been officially announced by Epic.
Morgana appears to have an especially broad role in the collaboration. The Persona 5 mascot is reportedly coming as a Sidekick and as Fortnite’s separate Sprite gameplay companion system, while the leak also mentions Morgana-themed Kicks. Earlier datamined information indicated that the Morgana Sprite affects healing, with its effect scaling through the Sprite progression system, although Epic has yet to publish official Persona-specific Sprite details.

Rocket League has now officially announced its own Persona 5 event and Mona Car content beginning September 25, lending additional context to the vehicle assets appearing around Epic’s connected games, although that does not by itself confirm every Fortnite item reported by dataminers.
The leak also points to a Persona-themed Match Override that would restore health based on damage dealt, with HYPEX describing the siphon amount as 10% of damage. This is one of the more substantial parts of the crossover because Match Overrides alter gameplay rather than simply adding cosmetics. Fortnite’s v42.20 notes independently confirm that a Health Siphon Match Override is scheduled to become available on September 24 and will restore health when players deal damage, but Epic’s notes do not identify it as Persona-themed or specify the leaked 10% value.
