New Rockstar Store-linked product data has raised the possibility that Grand Theft Auto VI could receive a substantial physical collector’s set ahead of launch. GTAForums user Word uncovered a listing named “Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection,” which was subsequently highlighted by GTA specialist videotech on September 24. The listing appears to be associated with a physical product, but Rockstar Games has not announced a GTA VI Collector’s Edition or confirmed that the Vice City Collection is one.
The discovery is more substantial than the speculative Collector’s Edition images that have circulated previously because it is tied to Rockstar Store product information rather than an anonymous photograph. Reports examining the listing say the item carries physical-product data and an unusually high listed weight, with different captures putting it at roughly nine to 10 kilograms. The product name itself does not use the words “Collector’s Edition,” however, so interpreting the Vice City Collection as a premium game package remains speculation until Rockstar explains what it contains.
The same discovery also exposed references to a much broader assortment of GTA VI merchandise. Product names reportedly include multiple GTA VI shirts, hats, sticker packs, a Zippo, money clip, tote bags, a lobster-claw keychain, basketball and merchandise based on fictional in-game brands such as Burger Shot. A Burger Shot leather lunch bag is among the more unusual items identified in the data. None of those products are currently part of a formal Rockstar announcement, and store data can exist before a product launches or even without guaranteeing that it will ultimately go on sale.
Rockstar’s current first-party GTA VI pages remain important context. The company’s support documentation and store presently describe only the Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition of the game, with no third retail game edition listed. The Ultimate Edition is the existing premium version and bundles additional in-game content, while Rockstar has separately confirmed that boxed GTA VI copies will contain a download code rather than a physical disc. That makes it possible that the Vice City Collection is merchandise or a standalone collectible package rather than another edition containing the game itself.
The timing nevertheless fits Rockstar’s rapidly expanding GTA VI marketing campaign ahead of the November 19 release. Rockstar recently announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album with 34 original tracks, including multiple physical releases, while retail products have continued to reveal additional promotional material such as new GTA VI artwork attached to a Target-exclusive album edition. A large wave of official apparel and collectibles would therefore be consistent with the broader merchandising activity surrounding the game, although that context does not independently confirm the newly discovered products.
There is also reason to distinguish this store discovery from earlier alleged GTA VI Collector’s Edition leaks. Images purporting to show premium packaging and its contents have circulated in recent weeks without reliable authentication, while Rockstar has continued publicly listing only Standard and Ultimate Editions. The new Vice City Collection reference provides a more concrete lead because a named product appears within store-related data, but its exact purpose, contents, availability and price remain unknown.
For now, the strongest conclusion is that Rockstar appears to have prepared product data for a substantial GTA VI-branded Vice City Collection alongside a sizable merchandise range. Calling it a confirmed Collector’s Edition would go beyond the available evidence, particularly while Rockstar’s official edition guide continues to omit one. If the listings correspond to products scheduled for sale, Rockstar has yet to reveal when they will be announced or whether the Vice City Collection will include the game at all.
