Acer has launched the Predator Atlas 8 gaming handheld in Germany, with prices starting at €1,299 for the Intel Arc G3 configuration. The Windows 11 device is available in multiple configurations, including a more powerful Arc G3 Extreme model priced at €1,599.99 through Acer’s German online store.
Acer confirmed the German retail launch in an October 26, 2026 announcement, following the handheld’s introduction at Computex earlier this year. Both configurations are now listed as in stock on Acer’s German storefront, marking the transition from the previously announced hardware specifications to commercial availability.
The entry-level Predator Atlas 8 features an Intel Arc G3 processor with integrated Arc B370 graphics, 24GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 512GB SSD. Acer lists this configuration for €1,299.99.

The higher-end model combines an Intel Arc G3 Extreme processor with Arc B390 graphics, 24GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 1TB SSD. Its official German store price is €1,599.99, although third-party retail listings have shown prices starting at approximately €1,595.
Both variants support hardware-accelerated ray tracing and Intel XeSS 3 upscaling technology. The Arc G3 Extreme configuration also puts the Atlas 8 alongside emerging Intel-powered handhelds such as the GPD Win Mini Ultra, which uses the same higher-tier Intel graphics platform.
The Predator Atlas 8 features an 8-inch IPS touchscreen with a 1920 × 1200 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate. Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) support allows the display to adjust its refresh rate to match game output, helping reduce visible tearing during gameplay.
Acer also specifies 500 nits of brightness, 100% sRGB color coverage, 10-point multitouch support and Gorilla Glass protection. The handheld runs Windows 11 Home, allowing access to compatible Windows PC games and gaming services.
For controls, Acer has equipped the Atlas 8 with Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR) joysticks and Hall-effect analog triggers. The magnetic sensing technologies are designed to reduce the mechanical wear associated with conventional potentiometer-based controls.
The triggers feature adjustable travel settings, allowing players to switch between shorter actuation for shooters and longer analog input for racing or flight simulation games. Additional controls include programmable macro buttons, a dedicated PredatorSense button and a fingerprint reader integrated into the power button.
Connectivity includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a UHS-II microSD card reader, a 3.5mm audio connection, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Acer also includes stereo speakers, dual microphones and DTS:X Ultra audio support.
The handheld uses a dual-fan cooling system featuring a Predator AeroBlade metal fan alongside a second fan. Depending on the configuration, battery capacity reaches up to 80Wh. Acer quotes a weight below 810 grams for the 80Wh version and below 770 grams for the 60Wh version, with a 65W power adapter specified for charging.
The PredatorSense application provides access to performance settings, system monitoring and RGB lighting customization without requiring players to leave their games.
The German pricing is separate from Acer’s North American launch plans. Acer previously announced October 2026 availability across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia, while stating that regional prices and configurations would vary. In the United States, the Arc G3 Extreme model is scheduled to become available through Best Buy on November 1 for $1,299.99.
German customers can currently choose between the €1,299.99 Arc G3 model with 512GB storage and the €1,599.99 Arc G3 Extreme model with 1TB storage. Both configurations feature 24GB of memory, making processor performance, integrated graphics and storage capacity the main differences between the two listed versions.
