Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for September 2026, with RuneScape: Dragonwilds, WWE 2K26, Ball x Pit and Date Everything! among the headline additions. Most of the new games will become available to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members on September 15, although several titles have different release dates. Premium subscribers are also getting Mega Man X Command Mission and Metro Redux.
RuneScape: Dragonwilds is one of the month’s biggest additions and launches on PS5 through PlayStation Plus on September 15. Jagex’s survival RPG sends players to Ashenfall, a continent filled with dragons, familiar RuneScape creatures and new enemies, with gathering, crafting, skill progression and cooperative play forming the core of the experience. The game is also part of Xbox Game Pass’ September lineup, making it one of the month’s more notable subscription-service releases across both platforms.
WWE 2K26 also joins the Game Catalog on PS5. This year’s wrestling entry features more than 400 playable Superstars and Legends, including The Rock, Triple H, John Cena and Rhea Ripley. Its Showcase mode focuses on CM Punk and explores both real and alternate versions of key moments from his career.

Ball x Pit will arrive slightly later, joining PlayStation Plus on September 22 in the US, UK and Japan. The fantasy roguelite combines projectile-based combat with progression through the ruins of Ballbylon, where players fight through waves of enemies, collect resources and recruit additional heroes. Its structure mixes action with base rebuilding as players work toward restoring New Ballbylon between runs.
Date Everything! is available earlier than the rest of the main lineup, launching into the catalog on September 9 in the US and UK and September 10 in Japan. The dating simulator gives players magical glasses called Dateviators, which turn household objects into characters that can become friends, romantic partners or enemies. Its unusual premise is supported by a large voice cast and numerous branching interactions.
Several more games round out the Extra and Premium catalog. Slitterhead joins on September 22 for PS5 and PS4, bringing Bokeh Game Studio’s body-hopping horror action game to the service. Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound follows on September 29, combining the classic 2D Ninja Gaiden style with modern design from the team behind Blasphemous.
Dungeons of Hinterberg also arrives on September 29 for PS5 and PS4. The game blends dungeon exploration and puzzle solving with social elements in an Alpine tourist town, letting players spend their days tackling magical dungeons and their evenings building relationships. Sniper Elite: Resistance joins on the same date, offering another World War II campaign built around stealth, long-range combat and co-op play.
PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers receive two additional catalog titles this month. Mega Man X Command Mission is being added for PS5 and PS4, bringing Capcom’s turn-based RPG spin on the Mega Man X series to the service. Metro Redux is also joining Premium on PS4, bundling the remastered versions of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light.
Sony notes that regional availability can vary, particularly across the Premium and Deluxe tiers. Most of September’s catalog additions will be playable from September 15 unless a different date has been specified, with Ball x Pit, Slitterhead, Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, Dungeons of Hinterberg and Sniper Elite: Resistance arriving later in the month.
The September 2026 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog therefore spans survival RPGs, wrestling, horror, roguelites, dating sims and classic catalog additions. RuneScape: Dragonwilds and WWE 2K26 lead the main lineup, while the staggered release schedule gives subscribers several additional drops through the end of September.
