Fortnite’s upcoming Obsession collaboration has received a full cosmetic reveal, showing Nikki’s in-game outfit, alternate appearance and accompanying accessories ahead of the crossover’s October 21, 2026 release. The horror-themed collection is part of Fortnitemares 2026 and brings the character from Curry Barker’s film into Epic Games’ battle royale.
Epic Games provided an official first look at Nikki through DiscussingFilm on October 20, while Fortnite dataminers FireMonkey and HYPEX shared additional images and gameplay showcases of the cosmetic set. The new footage reveals the character’s appearance, outfit variations and themed emote.
The Nikki outfit recreates the character portrayed by Inde Navarrette in Obsession, featuring her recognizable red-and-black clothing and dark boots. An alternate style adds dark markings across her face and body, reflecting the film’s unsettling visual imagery. Her distinctive facial expressions are also represented in the Fortnite character model.

The revealed Obsession cosmetic collection includes the Nikki Outfit with an alternate style, One Wish Willow Back Bling, Nikki’s Broken Bottle Pickaxe and a No No No-themed Emote.
The One Wish Willow accessory references a central element of the film, while the broken bottle serves as Nikki’s harvesting tool. The emote recreates the character’s increasingly distressed reactions, including a sequence involving signs displaying variations of the phrase “No No No.”
The collaboration was previously confirmed as part of Epic Games’ Fortnitemares 2026 celebrations, which feature horror franchises including Five Nights at Freddy’s, A Nightmare on Elm Street and Obsession.
Nikki’s reveal follows other seasonal cosmetic discoveries, including the Hollow Knight crossover cosmetics and the Black Clover outfits revealed through decrypted game files. These collaborations expand Fortnite’s collection of licensed characters and themed accessories.
The Obsession cosmetics are scheduled to arrive in Fortnite’s Item Shop on Wednesday, October 21, at 8 PM Eastern Time, corresponding to the regular shop reset. Players in some regions will see the release on October 22 because of time zone differences.
Although the contents of the cosmetic collection have been revealed, Epic Games has not confirmed the final V-Bucks prices for the individual items or the complete bundle. Estimates circulating ahead of the release suggest a potential bundle price of 1,600 to 2,000 V-Bucks, but these figures remain speculative rather than official pricing.
The revealed collection currently features Nikki as its only character outfit, with no additional Obsession characters confirmed for the crossover.
