Rocket League has officially detailed its Persona 5 crossover, confirming a limited-time event running from September 25 through October 12. The event will introduce a collection of Persona-themed Challenge Rewards alongside a separate Mona Car Bundle available through the Item Shop. Players will be able to earn nine different rewards through the Persona 5 event challenges. These include The Trickstar (P5R) Wheels, Morgana’s Token Boost and Trail, a Phantom Thieves of Hearts Universal Decal and the Persona 5 Royale Octane Decal. Rocket League is also offering a TAKE YOUR HEART Player Title, Joker Topper, Morgana Player Banner, P5R Avatar Border and a Treasure Chest, while one challenge provides a repeatable 20,000 XP reward. The Item Shop will carry the more substantial vehicle component of the crossover through the Mona Car Bundle. That bundle contains the Mona Car body, matching wheels and a decal, alongside separate Panther (P5R) and Joker (P5R) Mona Car decals. Persona-related Fortnite files have separately pointed toward Joker, Ann Takamaki and Morgana content, including Joker and Ann cosmetics, but those Fortnite findings remain distinct from the rewards officially detailed for Rocket League. Persona 5 will arrive shortly after Rocket League begins Season 24 on September 23 at 9 AM PT. The new season introduces Honor Duel, which allows players to challenge someone from their current match to a follow-up 1v1, along with Black Market Trade-Ins, customizable scoreboards, revised mouse-and-keyboard controls and new Top 100 ranked rewards. The Persona crossover is one of three limited-time events announced for the season. Run it Up begins September 23 and continues through December 9 with 14 challenges and rewards from the new Nova Collection, while the Bullet Ball event runs from September 23 through October 6. The game launched a Kingdom Hearts event on September 17, bringing themed challenges, rewards and a Gummi Ship bundle into the game shortly before the Persona 5 announcement. The Persona 5 limited-time event begins September 25 and remains available until October 12. Rocket League has not listed individual prices for the Mona Car Bundle or its associated Item Shop content in the Season 24 announcement, so players will need to wait for the bundle to appear in-game for final pricing details.
