Fortnite dataminers have revealed Lucy’s previously encrypted Cyberpunk: Edgerunners emote, giving players a first proper look at one of the crossover’s remaining cosmetics. The emote, called Lucy’s Float, uses “I Really Want to Stay at Your House,” the song closely associated with Lucy and David in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. According to footage shared by prominent Fortnite leak accounts HYPEX, ShiinaBR and FireMonkey, the animation runs on a roughly one minute and 40 second loop.

The reveal follows the decryption of additional Cyberpunk: Edgerunners assets from Fortnite’s live files. FireMonkey reported that Lucy’s Float and the Edgerunner Glitch wrap had both been decrypted after remaining hidden separately from other crossover cosmetics. That fits with the broader Cyberpunk : Edgerunners assets found in Fortnite’s live files, which have steadily exposed more of the collaboration ahead of its full rollout.

Footage of Lucy’s Float shows Lucy performing the emote while the track plays for an unusually extended period compared with many shorter Fortnite emotes. The 1:40 runtime is the most distinctive part of the reveal, effectively making the animation a substantial musical sequence rather than a brief loop. “I Really Want to Stay at Your House” originally appeared in Cyberpunk 2077 before becoming strongly associated with Cyberpunk: Edgerunners through its use in the anime.

Lucy herself is already one of the central pieces of Fortnite’s current Cyberpunk collaboration. Her Fortnite outfit was revealed ahead of the crossover, while additional leaks have pointed to a wider cosmetic package built around the character. Earlier datamined information indicated that Lucy would be the main Edgerunners Outfit, with David-inspired styling and Rebecca represented elsewhere in the cosmetic lineup.

Epic Games has also formally acknowledged the wider Cyberpunk: Edgerunners crossover through Fortnite Competitive. Official rules for the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Cup list the Lucyna Kushinada Outfit and Rebecca Plushie Back Bling among the event’s prizes, confirming those cosmetics directly. The tournament is scheduled across multiple regions on September 19 and 20, with players able to compete in Battle Royale, Zero Build and mobile variants depending on region.

The crossover extends beyond cosmetics. A recent Cyberpunk : Edgerunners Fortnite trailer showed Lucy in-game alongside Rebecca’s Guns, while datamines have also pointed to additional themed gameplay content. Separate leaks have referenced Match Overrides, Sprites and other Cyberpunk-related additions, suggesting Epic is treating the collaboration as more than a conventional Item Shop release.

At the time of writing, Epic Games has not published a dedicated announcement detailing Lucy’s Float or confirming its price and standalone availability. The emote’s existence and in-game appearance are therefore based on decrypted live-file content shown by established Fortnite dataminers rather than a full official cosmetic listing. With the assets now decrypted and the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Cup already underway, however, the remaining crossover cosmetics appear to be moving closer to release.
