Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is coming to Fortnite, with a new official crossover teaser providing the first clear look at her in-game Outfit. The footage was shared as Fortnite prepares to roll out its previously announced Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration during Chapter 7 Season 4: Override. Epic Games has not yet announced the Lucy Outfit’s Item Shop release date or price.
The teaser shows Lucy rendered in Fortnite’s stylized take on her Cyberpunk: Edgerunners appearance, including her distinctive white hair and outfit from the anime. The reveal follows several weeks of hints around the crossover rather than arriving completely out of nowhere: Epic’s official Chapter 7 Season 4 overview already named Cyberpunk: Edgerunners among the collaborations scheduled to appear during the season. Until now, however, Epic had not publicly detailed which Edgerunners characters would be sold as Outfits.
Fortnite’s current season also contains a gameplay component tied to the collaboration. Epic previously confirmed that Rebecca’s Guns from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners would arrive later in Season 4 alongside other crossover equipment such as Kingdom Hearts’ Kingdom Key. More recently, leaked details have provided a closer look at Rebecca’s upcoming Cyberpunk weapon, including special effects associated with its different firing modes.
That combination means the collaboration extends beyond a character skin and into Fortnite’s Battle Royale loot pool. Rebecca is one of the central characters from the original Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime, while Lucy serves as its netrunner heroine alongside protagonist David Martinez. Epic has not yet confirmed whether Rebecca, David or any additional Edgerunners characters will receive their own Outfits, so Lucy remains the only character skin clearly shown in the latest teaser.
A separate in-game clue is also pointing toward the crossover’s arrival. Dataminers have identified a new Fortnite Lobby Hack using the code “NOCTURNEOP55N1,” a direct reference to Nocturne OP55N1, the name of Cyberpunk 2077’s final main quest. The Lobby Hack has been associated with the upcoming Cyberpunk content but had not been activated when it first surfaced, making its precise function unclear for now.
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners joins an unusually collaboration-heavy Fortnite season built around gaming franchises and related properties. Chapter 7 Season 4 launched with Sonic the Hedgehog prominently featured in the Battle Pass and has also included or announced content connected to Mega Man, Persona 5 Royal, Pac-Man, Kingdom Hearts, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro. Epic has been progressively revealing those collaborations rather than launching all of them when the season began, with recent examples including the Mega Man teaser featuring Zero ahead of that crossover’s rollout.
The timing also puts renewed attention on Cyberpunk: Edgerunners itself. CD Projekt Red and Studio Trigger are preparing Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, a new standalone story set in Night City that is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on October 20, 2026. Lucy belongs to the original 2022 series, however, and there has been no indication that Fortnite’s crossover is directly tied to the plot or new cast of the sequel.
For now, the official teaser establishes Lucy as the clearest cosmetic component of Fortnite’s Edgerunners crossover, while Epic’s season announcement separately confirms Rebecca-themed weaponry is coming to Battle Royale. Additional cosmetics, bundle contents and pricing remain unannounced. With the teaser now circulating and crossover assets appearing around the game, more complete details are likely to accompany Epic’s formal Item Shop rollout.
