Fortnite is set to host a new PlayStation NickEh30 Icon Cup that combines NickEh30-themed cosmetic rewards with a path to cash prizes in a subsequent Finals round. According to details surfaced from Fortnite’s competitive event data, the top 100 players in each region will advance to the Finals, where Victory Royales carry cash rewards that vary by region.
The tournament is structured around the same qualification model used for other recent PlayStation creator Icon Cups. Players compete in an initial event for a chance to earn cosmetics associated with the featured creator, while the highest-ranked competitors move on to a separate Finals round. Epic’s official Fortnite Competitive pages have used this format for recent creator events, including the PlayStation Typical Gamer Icon Cup.
For the NickEh30 event, the reported Finals payouts are $1,500 for each Victory Royale in Europe, $1,000 in North America Central, $500 in Brazil and North America West, and $250 in Oceania, Asia and the Middle East. The prize is tied specifically to earning a Victory Royale during the Finals rather than simply finishing at the top of the overall leaderboard. Epic’s recent PlayStation creator cups have likewise awarded cash on a per-Victory Royale basis.

The qualification stage also gives players an opportunity to earn NickEh30 cosmetic rewards before those items become more broadly available. NickEh30 already has an established presence in Fortnite through his Icon Series outfit and related cosmetics, and Epic has previously used creator-specific cups as an early way for competitive players to obtain themed items.
The new event follows the format of other PlayStation Icon Cups that have appeared during 2026. The PlayStation Typical Gamer Icon Cup, for example, advanced the top 100 players in each region to Finals and offered $1,500 per Victory Royale in Europe, $1,000 in North America Central, $500 in Brazil and North America West, and $250 in Oceania, Asia and the Middle East. That event provides a direct precedent for the reported structure and payout tiers of the NickEh30 competition.
Players interested in Fortnite’s competitive events can check Epic’s Competitive schedule and the in-game Compete tab for tournament availability and eligibility requirements. Epic states that tournament-specific requirements can vary, while its support documentation notes that competitive events can have minimum account-level and other eligibility conditions.
The NickEh30 Icon Cup also continues a broader pattern of Fortnite tying creator collaborations to competitive events rather than limiting them to cosmetic releases. Similar creator-focused competitions have included the Ironmouse Icon Cup and other cups built around upcoming crossover cosmetics.
For competitive Fortnite players, the event offers two distinct incentives: cosmetic rewards during the qualification stage and a chance to reach a Finals round with cash attached to individual Victory Royales. The exact event schedule and full reward details should be checked through Fortnite’s Competitive interface as Epic makes the tournament available in-game.
