Fortnite appears to be preparing an Ironmouse Icon Cup tied to the VTuber’s upcoming Icon Series collaboration. Dataminer FireMonkey uncovered tournament text describing a Duos competition in which players will be able to compete for a chance to earn access to the Ironmouse Bundle. Epic Games has not yet published the tournament rules or formally announced the cup, so its schedule and exact reward thresholds remain unconfirmed.

The leaked in-game text reads like material intended for Fortnite’s competitive interface, calling the event the Ironmouse Icon Cup and telling players to “duo up” for a chance to win the bundle. That makes the tournament more concrete than earlier speculation around Ironmouse’s Fortnite appearance, which initially centered on her Sprite and a possible future Outfit. The new cup information indicates Epic is preparing a competitive event around the crossover rather than limiting it to Item Shop cosmetics.

Ironmouse’s full Fortnite collaboration is currently expected to arrive on September 18, according to multiple established Fortnite leak accounts. HYPEX and FireMonkey have both pointed to that date while sharing newly surfaced assets, with the crossover now appearing to include multiple Ironmouse looks and associated cosmetics. The Icon Series addition follows the earlier Ironmouse Fortnite Outfit reveal, which established her transition from a Sprite collaboration into a full character release.

The wording uncovered by FireMonkey specifically refers to the Ironmouse Bundle rather than a single Outfit. However, the datamined tournament text does not spell out every cosmetic included in that package, nor does it confirm whether winners receive the complete Item Shop bundle or a tournament-specific version. Epic has also not published regional placement thresholds, scoring rules or eligibility requirements at the time of writing.

Fortnite regularly uses creator and crossover cups to give high-performing players early access to cosmetics before their wider Item Shop release. Those tournaments generally run across multiple regions and award prizes according to placement, with the exact number of winning teams varying by region. Recent events have followed similar structures, including the Mega Man Cup’s regional reward thresholds, although Ironmouse’s event should not be assumed to use identical rules until Epic releases its own terms.

The Duos format is the clearest competitive detail currently available. FireMonkey’s extracted description explicitly tells players to pair up, distinguishing the Ironmouse event from recent Solo Icon Cups and mobile-specific competitions. Whether the tournament will use standard Battle Royale, Zero Build, Reload or another playlist has not yet been established through sufficiently reliable information.

Ironmouse already has an established presence inside Fortnite through the Ironmouse Sprite, which first appeared earlier in 2026. The Sprite grants gameplay-related effects when equipped and represented a comparatively unusual collaboration for a VTuber who did not yet have a conventional player Outfit in the game. The new Icon Series release expands that partnership substantially by turning Ironmouse herself into a playable cosmetic character and attaching a dedicated competitive event to the launch.

Additional assets surfacing alongside the cup indicate that more than one Ironmouse skin or style is being prepared. Fortnite leak accounts began sharing a second Ironmouse look shortly after the first Outfit was revealed, though the exact distinction between separate Outfits and selectable styles has not been completely clarified. That distinction could matter for the composition and pricing of the Ironmouse Bundle once Epic makes the collaboration public.

No V-Bucks price for the bundle has been officially confirmed, and Epic has not said whether participation alone will unlock any smaller rewards such as sprays, emoticons or loading screens. Icon Cups often include secondary participation or point-based rewards in addition to the primary Outfit prize, but none should be assumed here without tournament data or an official rules page.

For now, the strongest new information is that Fortnite’s files contain an Ironmouse Icon Cup built around Duos and explicitly advertise the Ironmouse Bundle as a competitive reward. With the wider collaboration reportedly targeting September 18, Epic is likely to provide the final tournament schedule, scoring system and regional prize thresholds close to release. Until those details appear, the cup itself is supported by datamined game text while its precise timing and reward structure remain subject to change.
