He is Coming, the roguelite RPG auto battler developed by Chronocle and published on PC by Hooded Horse, is coming to iOS and Android in 2027. Mobile publisher Playdigious announced the adaptation on October 28, 2026, confirming that the smartphone version will feature redesigned touch controls, cloud saves and controller support.
The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer outlining the game’s core mechanics and mobile features. Although Playdigious has confirmed a 2027 release window, an exact launch date, pricing and minimum device requirements have not been announced.
Originally released through Steam Early Access in July 2025, He is Coming combines roguelite exploration, equipment management and automated battles. Players must prepare for the return of the Demon King by collecting powerful artifacts, assembling equipment combinations and surviving increasingly dangerous encounters.

The game follows a day-and-night structure in which players explore and gather equipment during the day before confronting enemies after sunset. Every three in-game days, a new minion of the Demon King appears, forcing players to adapt their equipment builds and strategies.
He is Coming features more than 350 items that can be combined into different builds, alongside over 30 bosses. Because combat is automated, much of the challenge comes from selecting equipment, understanding item interactions and preparing an effective build before each encounter.
The mobile edition will also include Kingmaker mode, where players compete to claim the fallen Demon King’s crown. Players can additionally challenge friends in real-time duels, extending the experience beyond its single-player roguelite progression.
Playdigious has confirmed that the interface and controls are being redesigned specifically for smartphones. Full touchscreen controls will allow players to manage equipment and navigate the game without traditional PC inputs, while controller compatibility offers an alternative control method. Cloud saving is also planned, although the announcement does not specify whether progress can transfer between PC and mobile platforms.
The adaptation adds another established PC roguelite to Playdigious’ mobile publishing lineup. The company also announced that Darkest Dungeon II is coming to iOS and Android in 2027, bringing another PC and console RPG to smartphones.
He is Coming remains available on PC through Steam Early Access. Playdigious has not yet confirmed whether the mobile release will include additional content beyond the announced gameplay modes and platform-specific features.
