Neverness to Everness version 1.5, titled “Once Upon a Glitched Call,” will launch on November 11, 2026, publisher Perfect World Games and developer Hotta Studio have announced. The free update introduces two new characters, additional story content, limited-time events, vehicles, and rendering improvements for the supernatural open-world action RPG.
The announcement was made on October 28 alongside a version preview presentation detailing the upcoming additions. Players can expect a new main story episode called “Meet Me in the Data Stream,” a new anomalous realm titled “Invalid Number,” and the arrival of Elyms and Exe as playable characters.
Elyms will appear on the “Android Dreams” Limited Board from November 11 through December 2, alongside Shinku on the returning “Before the Dawn” board. Exe will receive a separate “Offline Equations” board beginning December 2, with Chaos also featured on the “Forsaken Path” board.

Both new characters will receive additional interactions and outfits. Elyms’ costumes include YSK Mystique, Drifting Petals, and Windflower, while Exe’s options include Untouched by Rain, Blue Snow, and X%. Some outfits are available through the in-game shop, while others require character bond progression or participation in the Limited Board system.
The update also expands the Arc Research Program with several limited-time offerings. “Echoes on Hold” and “Blushing Mirage” will run from November 11 to December 2, followed by additional programs beginning December 2.
Beyond the new characters and story missions, version 1.5 introduces two vehicles: Iron Ogre and Prototype Land Overlord 001. Both will be obtainable through Mystery Boxes. A new open-world interactable called the Pop-Up Divination House will also become available through the Fortune’s Bounty reward system.
Several activities and mini-games will accompany the update. City Logistics runs from November 11 through December 23 and introduces a truck-based activity, while Tycoon’s Deck, scheduled for December 2 through December 23, focuses on arranging streets and constructing buildings through a card-based format.
Full Tank Ahead, another event running from November 11 through December 23, will let players operate tanks in a competitive king-of-the-hill activity. Other announced events include Hunter’s Crucible, Fishing Frenzy, Pixel Surge, and Beyond the Rails: Frozen Circle.
Fortune’s Bounty will offer additional progression rewards through quests and collectible Fortune Coins. These include Fabricated Dice, Solid Dice, character development materials, vehicle cosmetics, accessories, and the Pop-Up Divination House.
Perfect World Games also announced three redemption codes: INVALIDNUMBER, HIOLDFRIEND, and EXENORESPONSE. All three are valid through November 1, giving players a limited opportunity to redeem them before the update arrives.
On the technical side, version 1.5 will introduce support for NVIDIA RTX Spark and Snapdragon ANF rendering technology on mobile devices. The publisher has not provided detailed performance benchmarks or specific improvements in frame rates, image quality, or supported hardware configurations.
Several quality-of-life changes are also planned. Players will be able to purchase missing furniture directly when importing blueprints, while a new Upgrade Target system will help track materials needed for upcoming characters.
Auto-drive will gain a free-roam option that allows vehicles to travel without a selected destination. Volley Star will receive additional player-versus-player ranks, and Shadow-n-Seek will introduce AI opponents when matchmaking takes too long, alongside randomized object locations.
The update also introduces overflow storage for City Stamina and Character Pixels, an improved resource overview, and new collection features for the Going, Going, Gone! activity.
Neverness to Everness is currently available as a free-to-play game on PlayStation 5, PC through Steam, Epic Games Store, and the standalone client, as well as iOS and Android. Version 1.5 is scheduled to arrive across the supported platforms on November 11.
