EA Sports FC 27’s trophy list has surfaced ahead of launch, and one requirement stands out: earning the Platinum Trophy appears to require players to fully complete the game’s Premium Pass. The PlayStation list includes a Gold Trophy called “All Aboard the Premium Track!” for fully completing and unlocking every level of the Premium Pass, while the Platinum Trophy, “The Collector,” requires players to unlock all other base-game trophies. Unless EA changes the list or provides another way around that requirement, Platinum hunters will therefore need access to the Premium Pass as part of their completion run.
The trophy data has appeared across established tracking services, including TrueTrophies, which currently lists 47 trophies for the PlayStation 5 version of EA Sports FC 27. Those consist of one Platinum, three Gold, nine Silver and 34 Bronze trophies. The Premium Pass trophy is included in that base list rather than being classified as additional downloadable content, which is important because “The Collector” specifically excludes additional-content trophies while requiring the rest.
EA’s own edition details add a monetization angle to that requirement. The standard version of FC 27 does not include a Premium Pass as an edition bonus, while the Ultimate Edition includes the Season 1 Premium Pass and the now-expired Ultimate Plus Edition included Premium Passes for Seasons 1 through 5. EA also bundles 6,000 FC Points with the Ultimate Edition and offered 10,000 FC Points with Ultimate Plus, alongside early access and other Ultimate Team, Career and The Grounds benefits.
That does not necessarily mean every player must buy the Ultimate Edition specifically to earn the Platinum Trophy. EA has not said that the Premium Pass will only be obtainable through those editions, and the surfaced trophy description does not specify which season’s Premium Pass must be completed. However, it does mean the Platinum path is tied directly to a premium progression track rather than being composed entirely of objectives available through the base game’s standard progression.
There is also a separate trophy for completing the regular Season Pass. “One season, wonderful!” asks players to fully complete and unlock all levels in a Season Pass, while “All Aboard the Premium Track!” specifically names the Premium Pass. Having separate trophies for the two tracks makes it difficult to interpret the Premium requirement as merely generic seasonal progression, since the trophy list explicitly distinguishes between the standard and paid-tier systems.
Elsewhere, the list covers the usual spread of EA Sports FC modes. Football Ultimate Team objectives include completing SBCs, keeping clean sheets in Squad Battles, finishing an Evolution, reaching 200 appearances with a player and participating in competitive events. Career Mode trophies include winning major competitions and developing a Youth Academy player, while other objectives cover Kick Off, The Grounds and general football milestones.
The structure makes the Premium Pass requirement particularly notable because it sits alongside gameplay-based achievements rather than an optional add-on trophy set. Trophy lists for upcoming games regularly surface before release, as happened recently with Marvel’s Wolverine’s leaked Trophy list, but FC 27’s list raises a different issue by linking full completion to a premium progression system instead of simply revealing story or gameplay spoilers.
EA Sports FC 27 launches worldwide on September 25, 2026, with early access beginning September 18 for Ultimate Edition owners and other eligible players. EA has confirmed that the Ultimate Edition includes the Season 1 Premium Pass, while the limited-time Ultimate Plus Edition included passes covering Seasons 1 through 5. With the trophy list now publicly visible, the remaining question is whether standard-edition players will be able to obtain the necessary Premium Pass through normal play or whether completing the Platinum Trophy will require an additional purchase.
