A new Marvel’s Wolverine leak appears to have revealed the game’s complete lineup of 32 suits less than two weeks before its September 15 launch on PS5. The images were shared through Imgur and subsequently circulated on Reddit, where they appear to show Logan wearing dozens of alternate outfits drawn from comics, animation, film and Insomniac’s own designs. Sony and Insomniac Games have not authenticated the leaked gallery, so the full 32-suit lineup should remain treated as unconfirmed.
The leak is nevertheless consistent with information Insomniac has already revealed publicly. The studio previously confirmed that Marvel’s Wolverine will include a substantial collection of unlockable outfits inspired by different eras of the character, alongside alternate claw designs. Some suits also allow players to remove or equip cowls and hats, meaning the reported 32 outfits do not necessarily represent every visual variation available in the game.
Several recognizable designs visible in the leaked gallery have already been shown or discussed through official material. These include Weapon X, Old Man Logan, Ultimate Wolverine, Patch, civilian looks such as tank tops and leather jackets, and Insomniac’s original Battle Reborn suit. Players have also previously seen the brown suit, animated-inspired designs and other comic-influenced costumes through trailers and promotional footage, making parts of the leak easier to compare with established material.

The newly circulated images appear to fill in the remaining gaps by placing the outfits together as a complete collection. Among the more distinctive designs discussed by viewers are an X-Force-style suit, a Fang-inspired outfit, a Hellverine look featuring flaming hair and several versions tied to different eras of Wolverine’s comic history. Some costumes substantially alter Logan’s hairstyle and facial presentation as well as his clothing, giving the cosmetic system more variety than simple recolors.
Not every suit shown in the gallery is necessarily part of the standard edition. Insomniac has already confirmed five exclusive outfits for the Digital Deluxe Edition: Incredible, Savage, Age of Apocalypse, Night Hunt and New Leather. Those are included alongside five exclusive claw designs, while the base game contains additional costumes that players can unlock through normal progression.
The studio recently provided a more detailed explanation of how cosmetics work in Marvel’s Wolverine. Players can find material crates while exploring environments and use the resources inside to craft suits inspired by comics, movies, animation and other versions of Logan. The outfits are cosmetic, although unlocking additional suits can also contribute to progression-related rewards such as health upgrades.
The leak arrives during an increasingly active pre-release period for the game. Techtroduce previously reported that [[LINK|https://www.techtroduce.com/marvels-wolverine-trophy-list-leak/|Marvel’s Wolverine’s reported trophy list]] had surfaced online, exposing bosses, collectibles and objectives ahead of launch. Insomniac has meanwhile been releasing official details of its own, including [[LINK|https://www.techtroduce.com/marvels-wolverine-rage-suits-new-game-plus/|new information about suits, Rage mechanics and New Game Plus]] as part of its final marketing push.
The breadth of the alleged lineup also suggests Insomniac is following the cosmetic-heavy approach used in its Marvel’s Spider-Man games, where alternate costumes became a major part of progression and fan discussion. Wolverine has accumulated decades of radically different looks across comics, animated series and films, giving the studio a large catalogue to draw from without relying solely on variations of its original design.
Marvel’s Wolverine launches exclusively for PlayStation 5 on September 15, 2026. Until Insomniac publishes a complete official suit list or the game becomes widely available, individual outfits shown only through the leaked gallery should be considered provisional. The material does, however, appear to provide the most complete look yet at the cosmetic selection players can expect at launch.
