Capcom has announced a free Mega Man collaboration pack for PRAGMATA, bringing themed costumes, gestures and music to its science-fiction action adventure on September 17. The downloadable content, officially called the Mega Man Pack, gives protagonists Hugh and Diana two sets of outfits inspired by Mega Man and Roll. Capcom revealed the crossover during its Tokyo Game Show 2026 presentation.
The pack will be available at no additional cost across PRAGMATA’s supported platforms. Hugh receives Mega Man-inspired clothing while Diana can dress in outfits based on Roll, extending the crossover beyond a single cosmetic set. Capcom has also confirmed additional gestures and background music, although the announcement does not provide a complete track list or detail every included gesture.
The collaboration brings together two very different Capcom properties. PRAGMATA follows Hugh and android companion Diana as they attempt to escape a lunar research station controlled by a hostile artificial intelligence, with combat built around combining Hugh’s weapons with Diana’s hacking abilities. Mega Man, by comparison, remains one of Capcom’s longest-running action franchises, making the crossover primarily a cosmetic celebration rather than a gameplay expansion.
Capcom has continued increasing Mega Man’s visibility during 2026 as the series approaches its 40th anniversary. The publisher recently announced Mega Man: Dual Override, a new mainline entry that is bringing the Blue Bomber back with new Robot Masters and gameplay systems. Details have continued to emerge ahead of release, including Mega Man: Dual Override achievements revealing its Robot Master lineup.
Mega Man has also recently appeared outside Capcom’s own games through collaborations. Fortnite introduced Mega Man, X and Zero cosmetics earlier in September, alongside Rush and additional crossover accessories. That makes PRAGMATA the latest game to feature Capcom’s mascot during a particularly active period for the franchise, although its implementation is considerably smaller and focused on optional character customization.
PRAGMATA itself launched on April 17, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. The game centers on a dual-character combat system in which players use Diana to hack enemy defenses before Hugh attacks exposed weaknesses with conventional weapons. Exploration, environmental puzzles and the relationship between the two characters form the other major parts of the campaign.
The Mega Man Pack does not appear to add missions, weapons or story content. Instead, Capcom is positioning it as a free cosmetic collaboration that lets players change the appearance of both protagonists while adding themed audiovisual extras. Existing players should therefore be able to use the crossover content without purchasing a separate expansion.
The announcement comes alongside PRAGMATA’s first major discount since launch. Capcom says the game is temporarily available at 20% off, reducing the standard price to $47.99 in the United States. The promotion is separate from the Mega Man Pack, which remains free regardless of whether players purchase PRAGMATA during the sale.
Capcom has not indicated whether the Mega Man collaboration will be available only for a limited period or remain permanently downloadable. No additional crossover packs were announced alongside it, leaving it unclear whether PRAGMATA will receive similar collaborations with other Capcom franchises later.
The free Mega Man Pack launches September 17 for PRAGMATA on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Players will receive two sets of Mega Man and Roll-themed outfits for Hugh and Diana, along with new gestures and background music.
