Mega Man: Dual Override’s complete Steam achievement list has surfaced ahead of its planned 2027 release, revealing the identities of all eight new Robot Masters and several previously undisclosed gameplay details. The data is tied to the game’s official Steam App ID and has also been indexed by Exophase, which currently lists 50 achievements for Capcom’s upcoming action-platformer. The information appears to originate from the wider Steam achievement exposure affecting numerous unreleased games, rather than from an announcement by Capcom.
The biggest reveal is the game’s full Robot Master lineup. Alongside the already announced Twinkle Girl, the achievements name Jet Man, Boat Man, Tank Man, Sand Woman, Cook Man, Cleanser Man and the Build Men. Each receives a dedicated achievement for being defeated, effectively exposing the complete set of eight new bosses long before Capcom has formally introduced most of them.
Twinkle Girl is the only member of that group Capcom had publicly detailed before the leak. She was unveiled during Gamescom 2026 as one of Dual Override’s eight new Robot Masters, with Capcom showing her fireworks-themed stage and attacks. The leaked achievements now fill in the remaining seven slots, while also indicating that each Robot Master stage contains specific optional challenges tied to enemies, hazards or collectibles.

Those stage-specific achievements offer a little more detail about how the new areas are structured. Jet Man’s stage includes enemies riding jet platforms, Boat Man’s contains Burstcrabs, Tank Man’s features gas sections and Sand Woman’s includes enemies called Sand Specters. Other objectives reference tableware traps in Cook Man’s stage, hidden items among scrap in Cleanser Man’s area and ladder hazards during the Build Men’s stage.
The list also confirms several major encounters outside the main Robot Master group. One achievement, “The Fated Showdown!,” is awarded for defeating Bass, while another called “Mad Scientist” requires players to defeat “Wily the Great.” A further achievement named “Not My Forte” refers to defeating the “Ultimate Rival,” although the listing does not identify that opponent directly. Those entries strongly suggest familiar Mega Man characters will play significant roles beyond the eight primary Robot Master battles.
Several broader systems are also exposed through the achievements. Dual Override includes a Superhero difficulty, with separate objectives for completing an area, all three areas of every Robot Master stage and eventually the entire game on that setting. Boss Rush modes are also confirmed, including a Full Boss Rush, while collectible Bolts return with achievements for finding the first, thirty and eventually every Bolt.
Capcom’s new Override mechanic and customization systems are represented as well. Players can fill an Override Gauge and activate Override, equip four different Support Chips simultaneously and use multiple Custom Actions. Other achievements mention Challenge Chips, Records, Special Weapons and a scoring-style system involving “Upvolts,” suggesting the game will track performance within individual areas in addition to straightforward stage completion.
The achievement list also reinforces Proto Man’s importance as Dual Override’s second playable character. Capcom officially revealed Proto Man at Gamescom alongside Custom Chips and the Override system, and the leaked data includes objectives centered on his shield abilities. Separate ending achievements titled “The Blue Bomber” and “The Red Rogue” require players to watch endings with Mega Man and Proto Man respectively, indicating both characters can reach the conclusion of the game.
Mega Man: Dual Override is scheduled for release in 2027 on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Capcom has not commented publicly on the surfaced Steam achievement data, and details taken from unreleased backend information could still change before launch. For players hoping to discover the Robot Masters and major encounters through Capcom’s official reveals, however, the leaked list now contains considerably more information than the publisher has made public.
