Steam achievement lists for Persona 6 and Persona 4 Revival have surfaced ahead of release, exposing previously unrevealed progression and gameplay details for both Atlus RPGs. The lists appeared through achievement-tracking data on September 8 and were subsequently highlighted by Gematsu. SteamDB also currently identifies Steam Achievements as a supported feature for Persona 6, while Persona 4 Revival’s Steam backend has received fresh updates.

The discovery is particularly notable for Persona 6 because Atlus has revealed comparatively little about the next mainline game. Sega and Atlus officially announced Persona 6 during the Xbox Games Showcase in June, confirming versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC through Steam and the Microsoft Store. The publisher has not announced a release date, and its official description has so far only established that the game features a new standalone story, a new setting and the series’ familiar mixture of everyday life and supernatural adventure.

The surfaced achievement list goes considerably further than that limited public information. Its entries reference story progression, combat systems, character development and activities that have not all been explained through Atlus’ official promotional material. Several achievements are tied to milestones that appear to occur naturally through the campaign, meaning their titles and descriptions potentially reveal details players may prefer to discover themselves.

There are also achievements connected to familiar Persona-style systems such as building relationships, developing the protagonist and completing combat-related objectives. The data provides additional evidence about the structure of Persona 6 without requiring assumptions from teaser footage, although achievement names and descriptions should not necessarily be treated as a complete picture of the final game. Backend information can still be revised before release, particularly for a title that currently has no publicly confirmed launch date.

SteamDB lists Persona 6 under App ID 2649560, with Atlus as developer and Sega as publisher. Its current Steam metadata includes single-player support, Steam Cloud and Steam Achievements, while the release date remains listed as “To be announced.” The game was first visible in SteamDB records well before its formal reveal, but the appearance of detailed achievement information represents a much more revealing backend development.

Persona 4 Revival has also had its achievement information surface, although considerably more is already known about that game. Atlus has confirmed that the full remake of Persona 4 Golden will launch on February 18, 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, with Game Pass availability also planned. Its Steam listing is already live with pre-orders and multiple editions.

The achievement data reinforces several systems Atlus has publicly demonstrated, including Social Links, combat progression and activities around Inaba, while also containing entries associated with events and characters that could constitute spoilers for newcomers. Persona 4 Revival is adding new scenes, fully voiced events and revised gameplay systems alongside its recreation of the original story, so not every achievement can be assumed to map directly onto the older Persona 4 Golden list.

Atlus has already detailed additions including Baton Pass, Prime Time, new combat interactions and expanded everyday-life content. The remake is also adding new scenes while retaining the core murder mystery and Investigation Team storyline. An earlier Persona 4 Revival backend development had fueled speculation about upcoming announcements, but the game has since received its release date, pre-orders and a substantial official marketing campaign.

The timing of the two achievement lists is therefore more intriguing for Persona 6. Persona 4 Revival is roughly five months from release and already deep into promotion, while Persona 6 still lacks a launch window and has received only limited public footage. A complete or near-complete achievement configuration appearing in tracking systems does not establish that Persona 6 is close to release, but it does indicate that substantial backend configuration work is already taking place.

Neither Atlus nor Sega has commented on the surfaced achievement lists. Players trying to avoid spoilers may want to be cautious when browsing complete achievement databases, particularly for Persona 6, as some entries appear to go beyond information contained in the game’s official reveal. For now, the Steam data offers one of the clearest unofficial glimpses yet at how both upcoming Persona releases will track player progression.
