Queen’s Domain has sold more than 100,000 copies worldwide in less than five days, developer Freshly Baked Games announced on November 4, 2026. The retro-fantasy action RPG reached the milestone shortly after its October 30 launch on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2.
The achievement is particularly notable given the game’s small development team. Freshly Baked Games consists of just two developers, who began working on Queen’s Domain in mid-2023. The studio thanked players for their support following the sales announcement.
Published by Future Friends Games, Queen’s Domain entered the market with considerable interest. The game had accumulated more than 300,000 Steam wishlists before release, according to its developers. Its launch also placed it on the Steam and Nintendo Switch 2 bestseller charts, as highlighted in promotional materials released by the publisher on November 2.

The newly announced figure represents worldwide sales across the game’s available platforms rather than Steam purchases alone. Freshly Baked Games has not provided a platform-by-platform breakdown or disclosed revenue and profitability figures.
Queen’s Domain draws inspiration from FromSoftware’s earlier fantasy RPGs, particularly the King’s Field series. Players explore the mysterious Isle of Neasied while searching for their missing father and investigating supernatural forces connected to a sleeping Queen.
Gameplay combines first-person melee combat, stamina management and exploration across an interconnected island. The Legendary Holy Sword Endu serves as both a weapon and a traversal tool, allowing players to cross gaps and reach otherwise inaccessible areas. Equipment upgrades, hidden locations and challenging enemies form the core of its progression system.
The game also launched with support for handheld PC gaming. Queen’s Domain received Steam Deck Verified status ahead of its October 30 release, confirming that it meets Valve’s compatibility requirements for the handheld.
On Steam, Queen’s Domain has maintained an Overwhelmingly Positive user-review rating, with approximately 95% positive feedback from more than 1,600 reviews as of November 4.
The 100,000-copy milestone provides the first publicly reported sales figure for Queen’s Domain following its multiplatform launch. Freshly Baked Games has not announced a subsequent sales target or provided a timetable for another commercial update.
