A new Fortnite datamine has revealed substantially more detail about the Kingdom Hearts crossover ahead of its September 17 launch, including two Sora styles, additional back blings and pickaxes, LEGO variants and a separately packaged Gummi Ship vehicle bundle. The information was shared by HYPEX and subsequently circulated by other Fortnite leak accounts, expanding on the cosmetic lineup already shown in Epic Games’ official crossover trailer. Epic has not yet published a complete Item Shop breakdown, so the newly surfaced item counts, internal codenames and bundle structure should still be treated as leaked information.

Sora is reportedly the most extensively equipped character in the collaboration. According to the datamine, his Outfit has two styles internally codenamed “Read” and “Streak,” while his set includes two emotes, two back blings, a pickaxe and Kicks. One of the emotes is reportedly codenamed “Flight,” although the internal codename does not necessarily reflect the final Item Shop name or exact animation players will see.

The leak also gives a clearer picture of the other three confirmed characters. Riku is said to have a back bling and pickaxe, both with “Flare” variants, while Kairi reportedly receives her own back bling and pickaxe. Roxas is listed with a back bling and dual pickaxe, matching the official trailer’s use of Oathkeeper and Oblivion, as well as a guitar cosmetic that apparently has both back bling and pickaxe versions.

Those details build on the previously leaked Kingdom Hearts cosmetic lineup, which established Sora, Riku, Kairi and Roxas as the four Item Shop characters and pointed to multiple bundles, Jam Tracks and Kicks. Epic has since officially shown all four characters in-game, with Sora, Riku and Kairi using their Kingdom Hearts II appearances and Roxas wearing his Organization XIII coat. The crossover is scheduled to launch on September 17 alongside Fortnite’s v42.20 update.

The new datamine indicates that all four character skins and the crossover’s emotes also have LEGO-compatible versions. That means the licensed characters should be usable across Fortnite’s LEGO experiences rather than being limited to the standard Battle Royale character models. The pickaxes are also said to include dedicated equip, hit and trail effects, suggesting Epic has added more presentation work than simple cosmetic swaps.

The Keyblades themselves are already visible in Epic’s official trailer. Sora uses the Kingdom Key, Riku carries Way to the Dawn, Kairi has Destiny’s Embrace and Roxas dual-wields Oathkeeper and Oblivion. The trailer established their basic visual use as harvesting tools, while the newer datamine suggests those cosmetics have additional custom effects when equipped and used.

A separate Gummi Ship vehicle crossover is also reportedly being sold outside the main character bundle. HYPEX’s newer breakdown says the Gummi Ship car has its own bundle with vehicle-related cosmetics rather than being packaged with Sora and the other character items. Earlier leaks had already tied the vehicle to both Fortnite and Rocket League, making this latest information more about how Epic appears to be organizing the purchase options.

The broader Kingdom Hearts bundle is now reported to include five back blings, four pickaxes, two emotes, Kicks, Jam Tracks, a guitar instrument and a loading screen. The Gummi Ship remains separate, while two sprays are also said to be part of the wider crossover. Epic has not announced individual V-Bucks prices, and the exact way those items will be divided between standalone purchases and bundles remains unconfirmed.

Some of the crossover content extends beyond cosmetics. Fortnite’s Kingdom Key gameplay item has already been shown casting Thundaga, while subsequent datamining has detailed its attacks, movement options and durability. That gameplay version is separate from the cosmetic harvesting tools associated with the character skins.

The Kingdom Hearts crossover goes live September 17, with Sora, Riku, Kairi and Roxas already officially confirmed by Epic Games. The newly leaked material fills in much of the remaining cosmetic structure, but internal codenames such as “Read,” “Streak” and “Flight” could still change before the items become visible in the live Item Shop.
