Fortnite’s Kingdom Hearts crossover is reportedly bringing a considerably larger cosmetic lineup than the four previously revealed character skins. Leaker ShiinaBR says the collaboration will become available immediately after Fortnite’s September 17 downtime and will include two bundles, four skins, five Back Blings, four Pickaxes, two Emotes, a Loading Screen, two Jam Tracks, one Kicks cosmetic and one Guitar. Epic Games has confirmed the crossover and its September 17 launch, but the complete shop inventory and immediate post-downtime availability have not yet been detailed through official Fortnite channels.

The four playable characters are Sora, Riku, Kairi and Roxas, all of whom were officially shown in Epic’s recent crossover trailer. Their designs draw from Kingdom Hearts II, with Sora, Riku and Kairi appearing in their familiar outfits from the sequel and Roxas wearing his Organization XIII coat. The Kingdom Hearts crossover trailer revealed all four skins ahead of the update, settling earlier speculation about whether Sora would arrive alone.

According to ShiinaBR, the cosmetic release will be divided between a skins bundle and a separate Gummi Ship bundle. The exact V-Bucks prices were not included in the leak, so it remains unclear whether all four characters will be purchasable together or whether the character package will be structured differently once the Item Shop updates. Epic has also not published official pricing for individual Kingdom Hearts cosmetics.

The four reported Pickaxes fit with material already shown in the crossover trailer, where the characters wield their signature Keyblades. Sora carries the Kingdom Key, Riku uses Way to the Dawn, Kairi has Destiny’s Embrace, and Roxas is associated with Oathkeeper and Oblivion. Sora’s Kingdom Key has also been separately teased as gameplay content for the current Override season rather than existing solely as a cosmetic harvesting tool.

The five Back Blings, two Emotes and Loading Screen broaden the collaboration beyond the characters themselves, although the leak does not provide enough independently verified information to identify every item by name. The reported Kicks cosmetic also lines up with footage showing a Shadow Heartless-themed footwear item. Epic has increasingly used Kicks as another way to extend crossover sets beyond traditional Outfits, Pickaxes and Back Blings.

Music will apparently make up another part of the release. ShiinaBR lists two Jam Tracks and one Guitar among the Kingdom Hearts cosmetics, while earlier information identified Dearly Beloved and The Other Promise as the two reported Kingdom Hearts Jam Tracks. Their inclusion would give the collaboration a Fortnite Festival component alongside its Battle Royale and Item Shop content.

The Gummi Ship portion of the leak is also notable because the vehicle has already appeared in separate crossover information. A Gummi Ship vehicle previously surfaced through Kingdom Hearts crossover leaks tied to Fortnite and Rocket League, suggesting Epic’s collaboration extends beyond character cosmetics. ShiinaBR’s reference to a dedicated Gummi Ship bundle provides another indication that the vehicle content will receive its own shop package.

Epic officially confirmed Kingdom Hearts as part of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override before revealing Sora and the September 17 date. The season announcement specifically referenced the Kingdom Key as content arriving later in the season, while subsequent teasers and the cinematic trailer established Riku, Kairi and Roxas as part of the crossover. A separate leaked Sora Cup is reportedly scheduled for September 18, potentially giving competitive players another route to the Sora Outfit shortly after launch.

Fortnite’s September 17 update is expected to enter downtime before the new content becomes available. If ShiinaBR’s latest information is accurate, the Kingdom Hearts shop lineup will go live as soon as that downtime ends rather than waiting for the usual later Item Shop rotation.

The crossover’s core details are now official: Kingdom Hearts arrives September 17 with Sora, Riku, Kairi and Roxas. The reported two bundles and full 16-item breakdown remain leak-sourced until Epic publishes the complete Item Shop lineup and pricing after the update.
