Fortnite’s Kingdom Hearts crossover is reportedly getting a large cosmetic bundle built around Sora, Riku, Kairi and Roxas, alongside a separate Gummi Ship vehicle bundle. Newly surfaced shop information shared by Fortnite leakers HYPEX, ShiinaBR and others details the complete collection ahead of its expected September 17 arrival. Epic Games has confirmed the Kingdom Hearts collaboration itself, but has not yet publicly detailed the full bundle contents or pricing.
According to the leaked shop data, the main Kingdom Hearts bundle contains all four character Outfits, five Back Blings, four Pickaxes, two Emotes, two Jam Tracks, one Guitar, one pair of Kicks and a Loading Screen. All four Outfits are also said to include LEGO Styles. The collection therefore appears considerably larger than the initial reveal, which began with Epic teasing Sora before footage showed Riku, Kairi and Roxas alongside him.
The character designs are primarily based on Kingdom Hearts II. Sora, Riku and Kairi use appearances associated with the 2005 game, while Roxas appears in his Organization XIII coat. The four-character lineup had already been shown through Kingdom Hearts x Fortnite footage featuring all four skins, but the newly surfaced shop information provides a clearer picture of how Epic plans to package the collaboration.
Additional datamined details suggest each character will receive themed equipment rather than sharing a single generic accessory set. HYPEX reports that Sora has two Back Blings, a Pickaxe, Kicks and two Emotes, while Riku has a Back Bling and Pickaxe with additional variants. Roxas is associated with a Back Bling, dual Pickaxes and a Guitar that reportedly has Back Bling and Pickaxe versions, while Kairi receives her own Back Bling and Pickaxe.
Sora also appears to have two styles currently identified through internal codenames, although their final presentation has not been officially revealed. The precise names and appearance of those variants remain unclear, so the codenames should not be treated as their eventual Item Shop labels. HYPEX additionally reports special equip, impact and trail effects for the crossover’s Pickaxes, giving the Keyblade-themed harvesting tools custom presentation beyond their models.
Music is another significant part of the bundle. Two Kingdom Hearts Jam Tracks have previously been linked to the crossover, expanding it into Fortnite Festival rather than limiting the collaboration to Battle Royale cosmetics. The newly surfaced bundle structure confirms that two tracks are grouped among the wider Kingdom Hearts offerings, although Epic has not yet published final shop pricing or confirmed whether every item will also be purchasable individually.
The Gummi Ship is being handled separately from the character bundle. Earlier leaks had already shown a Kingdom Hearts Gummi Ship vehicle for Fortnite and Rocket League, and the latest information says the vehicle will have its own bundle rather than being included with Sora, Riku, Kairi and Roxas. That separation could allow players interested primarily in the vehicle cosmetics to purchase them without buying the complete character collection.
Epic has independently confirmed that Kingdom Hearts content is part of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override. The season’s official overview specifically names the Kingdom Key as an item arriving later in the season, while Fortnite’s competitive website now lists Kingdom Hearts Cups beginning September 18. Those first-party listings establish the crossover itself even though many of the shop-specific details currently come from datamined or prematurely surfaced assets.
The reported September 17 release would place the Item Shop launch alongside Fortnite’s v42.20 update. Epic has scheduled downtime for the update beginning at 4 AM ET on September 17, and leaked shop information indicates the Kingdom Hearts content is intended to become available following that rollout. Exact regional availability could still depend on Fortnite’s normal shop timing.
Pricing remains the biggest missing piece. Neither Epic nor the leaked material currently provides a confirmed V-Bucks price for the full four-character package or the separate Gummi Ship bundle. Individual prices for Sora, Riku, Kairi, Roxas and their associated cosmetics also remain unknown.
For now, the crossover itself and the four featured Kingdom Hearts characters are established, while the detailed bundle composition remains based on leaked Fortnite shop data. If the current assets reach the Item Shop unchanged, Kingdom Hearts will arrive with one of the season’s more extensive cosmetic collections, spanning character skins, Keyblade-themed tools, music, footwear, LEGO variants and a separately packaged Gummi Ship vehicle.
