Rockstar Expands GTA VI Screenshot Gallery to 99 Images

Rockstar Games has significantly expanded the official Grand Theft Auto VI screenshot gallery, increasing the collection from 70 images to 99. The newly added material includes additional shots of Jason and Lucia together, individual images of both protagonists and fresh views of several locations across Leonida. The update comes just days after Rockstar released its extensive GTA VI: An Extended Look presentation.

The previous version of Rockstar’s media page contained 70 standard GTA VI screenshots, the collection originally released alongside Trailer 2 in May 2025. The updated page now explicitly lists 99 screenshots and provides the entire collection as a downloadable archive. That means 29 images have been added to the publicly accessible gallery as part of the latest website update.

A large portion of the additions consists of images that had already been distributed as press material around the Extended Look presentation but had not been placed alongside the original screenshot collection on Rockstar’s public GTA VI media page. GTA community researcher videotech, who noticed the change, also reported that three of the images had not previously been available through the website. Rockstar has not published a separate Newswire post explaining the gallery update or distinguishing which individual images are completely new.

The expanded gallery begins with 13 screenshots grouped under “Jason and Lucia,” giving the two protagonists their own combined category for the first time. Rockstar has also added four more Jason Duval images, numbered 07 through 10, and four additional Lucia Caminos screenshots carrying the same numbering. Those sit alongside the six individual screenshots previously available for each protagonist.

Several areas of Leonida have received additional imagery as well. The official page now includes an Ambrosia 06 screenshot, three more Vice City images numbered 10 through 12, Leonida Keys 06 and Port Gellhorn 06. Grassrivers has expanded from four screenshots to six, while the existing Mount Kalaga National Park set remains at six images.

The additions provide more official material from a game that Rockstar has revealed in much greater detail during August. Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look debuted on August 27 and was captured entirely from in-game footage running on a PlayStation 5. The presentation offered a lengthy look at driving, combat, exploration, interiors, character interactions and life throughout Vice City and the wider state of Leonida.

Rockstar’s media center separates the 99 standard screenshots from other promotional images attached to GTA VI’s editions and preorder bonuses. There are currently another 51 screenshots under the Ultimate Edition Benefits category and 12 associated with the Vintage Vice City Pack. The site also hosts official artwork, wallpapers, character clips, trailers and the Extended Look itself, making the public media library considerably larger than the original Trailer 2 collection.

The updated screenshot section is particularly useful because Rockstar provides the images directly rather than forcing viewers to rely on compressed frames taken from trailers or social-media uploads. Each screenshot can be accessed through Rockstar’s official media system, while the full 99-image collection is available together as a downloadable archive. For closer visual analysis of characters, environments and vehicles, the higher-quality source material offers considerably more detail than footage reposted elsewhere.

Rockstar has not indicated whether the website update marks the beginning of another regular wave of GTA VI promotional material. However, its arrival immediately after the Extended Look continues a noticeable increase in official information as the release approaches. Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
