A new batch of six Grand Theft Auto VI-style artworks has surfaced through a coordinated wave of posts from major musicians, further expanding Rockstar Games’ increasingly music-focused marketing campaign ahead of launch. The images began appearing across artist accounts on September 15, with GTA specialist videotech subsequently compiling six separate pieces that had circulated during the rollout. Rockstar has not yet published the six-image collection as a conventional Newswire announcement, leaving the precise nature of each artist’s involvement undisclosed.

The campaign includes imagery associated with Future, Morgan Wallen and Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, while Travis Scott has also been linked to the broader wave of GTA VI music promotion. Each post uses artwork closely matching Rockstar’s established Grand Theft Auto VI visual language rather than generic promotional photography. The timing and consistent presentation across unrelated artists strongly suggest a coordinated campaign rather than several independent references to the game.

Future’s artwork attracted particular attention because it appeared during the same narrow window as other musician posts, reinforcing the impression that Rockstar or its music partners had synchronized the rollout. Morgan Wallen similarly shared GTA VI-themed material, while Richards’ involvement extends the campaign beyond contemporary rap and country into classic rock. Rockstar has not said whether these musicians will appear as radio hosts, contribute songs, provide original recordings or participate in the game in some other capacity.

The new artwork follows an earlier sequence in which multiple artists began teasing apparent GTA VI music connections through coordinated social posts. That campaign already pointed toward Rockstar using musicians themselves to reveal parts of the game’s musical identity rather than announcing a complete radio lineup at once. The six new pieces now give that strategy a much more substantial visual component.

Travis Scott has been surrounded by GTA VI speculation for considerably longer. His “2000 EXCURSION” music video previously included an overt GTA VI reference on a vehicle license plate, and subsequent Rockstar-related activity revived speculation that the connection went beyond a simple Easter egg. More recent artist posts now make it increasingly clear that music is becoming one of the central themes of Rockstar’s final pre-release marketing phase, although the exact scope of Scott’s participation remains unconfirmed.

Rockstar has historically treated licensed music and radio programming as an important part of Grand Theft Auto’s identity. GTA V featured celebrity DJs, musicians playing versions of themselves, original tracks and entire radio stations built around particular artists or labels. That history provides several possibilities for the newly teased musicians, but none should be treated as confirmed until Rockstar explains how the artists are actually incorporated into GTA VI.

The artwork itself is also notable because it represents fresh GTA VI promotional material rather than recycled screenshots or existing character portraits. Rockstar has steadily expanded the game’s visual library throughout 2026 with character art, location imagery, fashion photography, cover artwork and new screenshots. The musician-focused pieces appear to continue that approach by giving individual collaborators artwork styled specifically around the game’s fictional version of Leonida.

The timing comes as GTA VI marketing continues to accelerate toward the game’s November 19 launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar’s campaign has expanded well beyond trailers in recent months, including magazine partnerships, artist activity and plans for physical advertising in Miami Beach. Documents tied to that campaign indicate GTA VI marketing in Miami Beach could begin October 15, placing the September music push ahead of another expected increase in real-world promotion.

What remains unclear is whether the six artworks represent the complete musician reveal or only the beginning of a larger rollout. Videotech described the collection as all six discovered so far rather than a formally announced complete set, meaning additional artists could still appear. Rockstar has also not released a final GTA VI radio station list or full soundtrack, leaving substantial room for further music announcements before release.

For now, the strongest conclusion is that multiple high-profile musicians are participating in a coordinated GTA VI promotional campaign and that at least six new pieces of game-styled artwork have emerged through it. The posts provide increasingly strong evidence of official collaboration, but they do not yet establish exactly what each artist will do inside the game. Rockstar’s next step could clarify whether the campaign is revealing soundtrack contributors, radio personalities or a broader set of music partnerships.
