Travis Scott, Future and Morgan Wallen have all posted GTA VI-related material on September 15, pointing to a broader music-focused promotional rollout around Rockstar Games’ upcoming release. The three artists published their teasers within a short period of one another, with imagery and references connecting them to Rockstar or Grand Theft Auto VI. Exactly what each artist is contributing has not yet been announced.

Scott’s post was the most explicit of the three. He shared artwork styled around GTA VI imagery showing a woman in purple heels around a pole, wrote that it was “Phase 1” of his return to gaming, and directly tagged Rockstar Games. His caption also included the unfinished letters “J… O. H…..,” which has prompted speculation about the Jack of Hearts strip club seen in GTA VI material, although neither Scott nor Rockstar has explained the reference.

Future subsequently shared his own GTA-related tease on Instagram, while Morgan Wallen posted an image showing a poolside setting with sun loungers that similarly appeared tied to the developing campaign. Their posts arrived as attention around Scott’s Rockstar tag was already building, making the timing notable. However, none of the three artists has publicly specified whether their involvement concerns licensed songs, radio stations, original music, in-game appearances or another type of collaboration.

The simultaneous posts make a connection to GTA VI increasingly difficult to dismiss as isolated artist promotion, but Rockstar itself has not yet announced a soundtrack lineup or described the artists’ roles. Music has traditionally been a major part of Grand Theft Auto, with licensed radio stations spanning numerous genres alongside original score work. A game set across Vice City and the wider state of Leonida also gives Rockstar considerable room to build its soundtrack around contemporary hip-hop, country, electronic music and other styles associated with Florida and the broader United States.

Scott had already generated speculation earlier in the day with his direct Rockstar tag, but the subsequent posts from Future and Wallen substantially broaden the story. Rather than a single artist teasing a one-off partnership, several major musicians now appear to be participating in related promotion at roughly the same time. That still does not establish whether all three are part of one formal campaign, so any connection between their individual roles remains unconfirmed.

Rockstar has already demonstrated how heavily music will factor into GTA VI’s presentation. The game’s trailers and extended footage have used licensed tracks as a central part of their tone, while songs featured in recent promotional material have seen substantial increases in streaming activity after appearing alongside GTA VI. Rockstar North co-studio head Rob Nelson has also described music as important to establishing the creative direction of the game, saying Tom Petty’s “Love Is a Long Road” acted as a kind of mission statement for the first trailer.

The new artist activity comes as Rockstar’s wider marketing campaign begins accelerating ahead of GTA VI’s November release. Miami Beach has already approved plans connected to a GTA VI promotional campaign expected to begin October 15, including branded installations planned around public-facing areas. The growing number of music teases suggests Rockstar’s pre-launch push could extend well beyond conventional game trailers and outdoor advertising.

What remains unclear is whether Rockstar is preparing to reveal GTA VI’s radio stations, individual soundtrack selections or larger artist partnerships. Scott’s wording about his “return to game” could point toward something more substantial than simply licensing an existing track, but there is not enough information to determine that yet. Similarly, Future and Wallen’s involvement should not be interpreted as confirmation of dedicated stations, playable characters or live performances unless Rockstar or the artists provide further details.

Grand Theft Auto has a long history of using recognizable artists both as musicians and as personalities within its fictional radio ecosystem. GTA V and GTA Online expanded that approach considerably through celebrity DJs, station hosts, nightclub performers and music-focused updates. GTA VI could continue that model, but Rockstar has so far kept most of its radio and soundtrack plans private.

For now, the clearest development is that Travis Scott, Future and Morgan Wallen are all publicly associating themselves with GTA VI or Rockstar at the same time. With the game launching November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, the coordinated timing suggests more information about its music partnerships may be approaching even though Rockstar has yet to formally outline the campaign.
