A new Fortnite leak has linked Ann Takamaki to the upcoming Persona 5 Royal crossover, with the Phantom Thief reportedly represented through a decal for the previously leaked Morgana Bus vehicle. Fortnite dataminer FireMonkey shared the detail while crediting SamLeakss and stevpeifer, and SpushFNBR subsequently repeated the same information. Epic Games has not officially revealed Ann, the vehicle decal or the crossover’s complete cosmetic lineup, so those details remain unconfirmed.

Persona 5 Royal itself is already officially confirmed for Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override. Epic listed the Atlus RPG among several gaming collaborations scheduled to receive Item Shop content during the season, alongside Pac-Man, Mega Man, Kingdom Hearts, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and other franchises. However, Epic has not publicly detailed the Persona cosmetics or provided a complete character roster.

Previous leaks have consistently pointed to Joker as one of the central characters in the collaboration, with a Morgana-themed SUV also reportedly planned. The vehicle has commonly been described by leakers as the Morgana Bus or Mona Bus, drawing on Morgana’s transformation into a vehicle in Persona 5. Reports have additionally suggested that Morgana himself could appear as a Sidekick, although Epic has yet to confirm that cosmetic.

The latest discovery gives the clearest indication yet that Ann Takamaki, also known by her Phantom Thief codename Panther, is involved in some form. According to FireMonkey, Ann will have a decal designed for the Morgana Bus SUV. That does not necessarily confirm that Ann will receive a playable Outfit, despite separate speculation from leak accounts that she could be among the crossover’s skins.

Vehicle decals in Fortnite allow compatible cars and SUVs to adopt themed visual designs without replacing the underlying vehicle entirely. If the leak is accurate, an Ann-themed decal would expand the Persona collaboration beyond character cosmetics and give the Morgana Bus multiple customization options. Details such as the decal’s design, price, bundle placement and whether other Phantom Thieves will receive their own variants have not surfaced reliably.

The Persona crossover has been linked to multiple characters for several weeks, but many of those names have remained speculative. Earlier reports suggested the collaboration could include Joker and two or three additional Outfits, while Ann and Ryuji Sakamoto were frequently mentioned as possibilities rather than confirmed selections. The new decal finding provides a more concrete connection to Ann even if it stops short of establishing her as an Outfit.

Fortnite’s Override season has already used similar multi-part crossover structures. The Mega Man collaboration was reported to include multiple skins, pickaxes, Back Blings and a Sidekick, while Epic has continued adding gaming properties through vehicles, companions, gameplay items and traditional cosmetics rather than relying solely on character skins. Persona 5 appears to be following the same broader approach.

A Morgana vehicle would also make the collaboration unusually well suited to Fortnite’s existing vehicle systems. Morgana transforms into a bus-like vehicle throughout Persona 5’s Metaverse sections, making an SUV adaptation a direct reference to the original game rather than a generic branded car. Ann’s decal would then connect another Phantom Thief to that vehicle even if she does not appear separately as a drivable object or gameplay feature.

The Persona collaboration is expected during September, with leakers previously pointing toward Fortnite’s September 17 update. That timing has not been formally announced by Epic, however, and leaked release schedules can change before content reaches the live game. The season has already seen several large gaming collaborations arrive in waves, including Pac-Man content tied to a September rollout.

For now, the confirmed information remains limited to Persona 5 Royal being part of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4. Ann Takamaki’s decal, the Morgana Bus SUV, Morgana Sidekick and the wider cosmetic roster all come from leaks rather than Epic Games announcements. The latest finding nevertheless gives Ann a specific connection to the crossover and strengthens earlier reports that the Persona 5 collaboration will extend well beyond a single Joker Outfit.
